Stubbe has two filling lines available: 1 semi-automated and 1 fully automated line with a total capacity of a maximum 1200 containers of 200 litres per day and up to 120 IBC of 1000 litres per day. Storage of these smaller packaging units takes place in the neighbouring Zijderlaan in Stolwijk. This collaboration allows to take care of our clients' entire logistics chain. The spool system developed by Stubbe is of critical importance due to the great diversity of products and the need to prevent contamination across the various products. In addition, contamination is also prevented through the use of multiple product tubes, hoses and filling lances. After filling the containers are automatically placed on a pallet in the Zijderlaan warehouse. Samples are taken for each batch to verify that the product is free from contamination.

The barrels can also be sealed with nitrogen on request. It is also possible to fill the products at temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius. The barrels for these products are provided with a special vent-in lid which maintains the container in its correct shape during the cooling.
