Depending on the nature of the services provided, the following terms and conditions shall apply to all our activities:
- Domestic road transport: General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC);
- International road transport: CMR Convention, supplemented by the General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC);
- Road tanker transport: General Tank Transport Conditions for the carriage of bulk goods by road (ATVC), with the exclusion of Article 8;
- Tank cleaning: General Tank Cleaning Conditions ATCN 2023;
- Storage and ancillary activities / physical distribution: Logistics Services Conditions (LSV 2014), including the arbitration clause; and Physical Distribution Conditions (PD);
- Payment: TLN General Terms and Conditions of Payment 2002.
- Privacy: Privacy policy
The Dutch Forwarding Conditions, including the arbitration clause, shall apply to forwarding activities (arranging carriage) and customs and fiscal services.
With regard to the above terms and conditions, the most recently filed version shall apply in each case. Upon request, a copy of the applicable terms and conditions will be provided to you free of charge.
Any disputes not subject to an applicable arbitration clause and arising out of or in connection with the agreement(s) entered into between the parties shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam. Dutch law shall apply.
